Unlimited notes, full-text search, cross-device sync, and all three apps. The free plan is how most people use Apptly for a long time before upgrading. Pro is for when AI features become part of your daily process.
Summaries and links are generated on our servers, then sent straight back to you. Nothing is kept after the response is returned and nothing is used to train models. You can turn the AI features off entirely and keep using everything else.
They stay exactly where they are. Your account drops back to the free plan, the Pro features switch off, and every note remains readable, editable, and exportable. Nothing is deleted or locked behind a paywall.
